Kushi152 is a basement yakitori izakaya in Samseong, a few minutes from COEX and Samsung Central Station. Owner-chef Jung In-jun, with 9 years of expertise, grills the skewers over binchotan charcoal, and the best-known one is a crisp chicken skin skewer. Seats at the open kitchen bar face the grill, a certified sake sommelier keeps rare bottles, and the bar was selected as one of Suntory's Top 100 Highball establishments. Reservations are essential.
