Jinyoung Myeonok

Jinyoung Myeonok is a Pyongyang naengmyeon shop in the residential backstreets of Doksan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, a walk or short bus ride from Doksan Station on Line 1. The chef holds Master Craftsman Cook (jorigineungjang), Korea's top national cooking qualification. The clean, beef-forward broth is made with domestic brisket and served over chewy buckwheat noodles for under 15,000 won, alongside Boseong green-tea pork suyuk (boiled pork slices) and mung bean pancakes. It was featured on singer Sung Si-kyung's YouTube food show, waits are common at peak meal times, and there is no parking lot.
