Hand and Malt is a brewpub in Yongsan-gu that brews its own craft beer and calls itself a "beer laboratory". Guests drink on a terrace with sofas, surrounded by garden-like greenery. The Korean-inspired lineup includes a Slow IPA with tangerine notes. The Sujeonggwa Red Ale is based on sujeonggwa, a traditional Korean punch made from dried persimmon, cinnamon and ginger.
