About this place

Gwangjin Forest Naru is a park between Guui-dong and Gwangjang-dong in Gwangjin-gu, opened in 2019 as part of Seoul's green restoration project. Its 23-meter Growing Forest observatory, shaped like white tree trunks, looks out 360 degrees over the Han River, N Seoul Tower and Lotte World Tower. The Cheonho-daero tunnel splits the park in two, and its grounds hold a carbon-neutral forest, more than 200 Mugunghwa (hibiscus) shrubs in terraced gardens, an artificial waterfall, a pond and the Naru Madang outdoor stage. Entry is free.
