Charles H. is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar behind a hidden entrance in the basement of the Four Seasons Hotel, named after the American travel writer Charles H. Baker Jr. It has ranked #7 in Asia's 50 Best Bars and #42 in the World's 50 Best Bars. Norwegian head bartender Odd Strandbakken makes the drinks, such as "Vixen Fix" and "Queen of Diamonds", with local Korean ingredients and techniques from around the world, while live jazz plays and the staff wear white suits.
