Yasanghae is a small Chinese restaurant in Itaewon run by Chinese chefs. The name means 'Shanghai Night'. The kitchen makes xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), green chive dumplings and shrimp dumplings by hand, along with wok-fried dishes. It takes no reservations and locals queue even on weekdays, but tables turn over fast and prices are low.
