Yakitori Mook Sinsa

Yakitori Mook Sinsa is a yakitori restaurant in Sinsa that grills skewers of Korean native chicken (tojongdak), prepared fresh each day, over Japanese binchotan charcoal. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand and was featured on Netflix's 'Culinary Class Wars'. Meals are omakase at an open counter kitchen, where Chef Kim Byoung-mook's team cooks every skewer in front of you. The menu also has chicken liver pâté with blueberry compote.
