Uwoo Yeonhui-dong

Uwoo Yeonhui-dong is a Japanese restaurant that has served Kanto-style sukiyaki and shabu-shabu in Yeonhui-dong for 13 years. The wagyu is laid in a circle around a patented mountain-shaped pot, and the broth is simmered for 8 hours with 20 ingredients, with house-made sauces. Only 60 portions of these main dishes are made each day. The 70-pyeong room has tatami-style seating with space for the legs below, and the menu also lists torched beef tataki sushi and glass noodles as an add-on.
