Sushidoku Gen is an omakase restaurant a few steps from Wangsimni Station. The chef has worked for 33 years in Japan and Korea, and ingredients are not kept longer than a day. Dinner is a kaiseki course of 22 to 25 pieces, with belly from a 320kg S-grade Mediterranean bluefin tuna, sea urchin from Goseong in Gangwon and freshly grated wasabi root. The menu changes every two months with the seasons.
