About this place
Modowoo Daechi is an upscale Hanwoo restaurant in the basement of the Nobel Building, near Seolleung Station. Water-aged Korean beef is grilled over charcoal and served with seasonal Korean ingredients, using Korean, Japanese and Chinese cooking techniques. Meals are served in private rooms. The name joins "modori," Korean for a meticulous person, with "woo," meaning cow.
