Hills & Europa is a café that becomes a cocktail bar at sunset, on Namsan hill in Haebangchon. Vintage African decor and LP records fill the room. Among the bartenders' creations is the "Cigar in a Glass" cocktail. The music changes with the night, moving between jazz, bossa nova, house and disco.
