It serves two North Korean cold noodle styles: Pyongyang mul-naengmyeon, buckwheat noodles in beef broth, and spicy-sweet Hamhung bibim-naengmyeon, chewy potato starch noodles in red chili sauce. Prices run 10,000-13,000 won. The clean, modern restaurant also serves handmade mandu, chilled sliced pork and Korean beef dishes, and warm beef broth comes free with the cold noodles.
