Seonhong

Seonhong is a bluefin tuna and sashimi restaurant on the second floor in Sinsa-dong, about 450 m from Sinsa Station Exit 8 on the Sinbundang Line. It is the renewed Choi Jeong Tuna, at the same address, and bookings go through Catchtable. Tuna comes in sets: the Seonhong Special (69,000 won) is built on fatty chutoro, otoro and kama toro, and the Classic (49,000 won) pairs lean akami with chutoro. Other dishes lean on Yeosu seafood, such as ddaksaeu shrimp, horaegi (small squid), Spanish mackerel and pomfret sashimi, plus Hanwoo mungtigi and yuk-sashimi.
