PHOever Yum

PHOever Yum is an ocean-view Vietnamese restaurant in Gijang, near the entrance of the Onjeong breakwater, and its pho broth simmers for six hours with beef, chicken and more than ten kinds of vegetables and spices. Large windows face the sea. The Vietnamese-style room looks like a Southeast Asian fishing village, and many guests are couples and families. Short-rib pho, bun cha and fried shrimp rolls are the favorites; weekend lunch often means a wait, and each guest is expected to order at least one dish.
