Namsan Sool Club is a 10-seat bar in the Gyeongnidan area of Itaewon that pours around 100 craft Korean sools by the glass. The team is led by Dustin Wessa, an American-Canadian sool sommelier, and the sommeliers speak several languages. They explain each drink's origin, brewing method and cultural background. The range covers sweet sools, ones close to natural wine and high-proof traditional spirits, and staff help guests choose.
