Mido Butcher

Mido Butcher in Inheon Market, near Nakseongdae Station, has operated since 2005. You pick 1++ grade Hanwoo beef at the butcher shop on the first floor and eat it in the basement restaurant for a 3,000 won seating charge per person. Cuts include flower sirloin (kkot-deungsim), special cuts and marbled beef, priced below regular Korean BBQ restaurants, and a rice order comes with free soybean paste stew. Seoul National University students and locals have eaten here for over two decades, and weekends get crowded.
