London Bagel Museum Anguk is a bagel bakery in Anguk, Jongno-gu, with a British vintage look: wood and brick inside and Union Jacks on the walls. Queues of 2 to 3 hours are common. The bagels people line up for are the spring onion pretzel and the potato cheese, and more than a dozen flavors sit on display like museum pieces, including plain, dark chocolate and fig. Fresh batches keep coming out of the oven.
