Hotcho Garosu-gil

Hotcho is a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant in a basement on Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, a 9-minute walk from Sinsa Station. The layered pancakes hold cabbage, bean sprouts, pork belly and soba noodles wrapped in an egg crepe, and chefs cook them on teppan grills in the open kitchen. It is famous for the Hotcho Okonomiyaki and for kanzo yakisoba made with Japanese soy sauce, and chu-hi cocktails are on the list. Queues are long.
