Fuego

Fuego is a wood-fire grill restaurant on UN Village-gil in Hannam-dong, with views of Namsan Tower. Chef Shin Dong-hee trained at Le Cordon Bleu, and drawing on his time at Firedoor in Australia, he cooks over fresh oak charcoal on custom-made grills: meat and seafood, but also seasonal vegetables and fruit. The Iberico pork comes medium-rare. Other dishes include smoked prawn ceviche and grilled asparagus with mussel sauce, with wines chosen to match.
