Dondok

Dondok is a pork barbecue restaurant on Dalmaji Hill in Haeundae. The pork is butchered the same day, and staff grill thick-cut pork belly and neck meat at the table, serving it with torch-seared scallion kimchi that tastes sweet and smoky. Doenjang jjigae and cold noodles go with the pork. The space is semi-open, and window seats look out over Haeundae Beach; they can be reserved for sunset.
